For any of the violations listed above, 5kbd reserves the right to suspend or close the account and, where applicable, take legal action.

  • Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If your account holds a valid balance at the time of closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
